Located just off the winery trail, Bass and Flinders Distillery is the Mornington Peninsula’s pioneer artisanal distillery, established in 2009. This distillery offers visitors a glimpse into the creation of their small batch, vine-to-bottle products which include award-winning grape-based gins, spirits, brandy and liqueurs.
At the Cellar Door, patrons can witness first-hand the distillation process, sample a gin flight, or enjoy a cocktail at the distillery’s bar with a verdant pasture view. Bass and Flinders also hosts a unique Gin Masterclass, offering an in-depth exploration into gin production, its history, and a chance for guests to blend their own bespoke gin using a wide array of botanicals.
