Chief’s Son is one of Australia’s largest family-run distilleries and the only whisky distillery on the Mornington Peninsula. The distillery offers bespoke whisky tastings adapted to attendees’ knowledge and interest, providing insights into their craft, ingredients, and distilling process.
Visitors can also book guided tours, sampling whisky from the barrel and taking home samples. An optional cheese platter from Boatshed cheese enhances the experience.
