Eccellenza, stemming from an Italian word meaning “excellence”, was born from a business relationship initiated in 2015, during a visit to Abruzzo, Italy. It was founded after meeting with Frantoio Montecchia, a fifth-generation olive oil producer.
The rapid selling of their first shipment spurred the founders to relocate to Italy in 2017 to expand their research. Today, Eccellenza has evolved into a multifaceted enterprise, boasting over 700 products. Their offerings include artisan pastas, single-origin first cold-pressed olive oils, single-origin coffee, and premium artisan chocolate, along with specialty wines and liqueurs.
Uniquely, each product represents the distinct regional flavors present within Italy’s 18 regions, thereby encapsulating true Italian craftsmanship in every item.
