Foxeys Hangout Winery, run by winemaker brothers Michael and Tony Lee, is a beacon of biodynamic wine-making in Australia. Emphasizing minimal intervention, the Lees have produced outstanding handcrafted wines since 2007, allowing the natural character of the vineyards to shine through.
The Foxeys range, which features Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Shiraz, and the Peninsula’s first fully certified organic-biodynamic wines, regularly receives acclaim from respected judges and critics. The winery also offers a unique gastronomic experience from Friday to Monday, with Tony, a trained chef, overseeing the preparation of small share plates for informal light lunches in an architecturally-designed space overlooking the valley.
Wine tastings are available seven days a week. Additionally, Michael conducts customised sparkling bottling sessions on weekends by appointment. The winery operates on a walk-in basis, with a maximum group size of four.
