The café doubles as a learning hub, with industry-leading chefs providing hands-on cooking classes. These classes range from Normandy Gastronomy and Vietnamese Banquet to Sicilian Feast, Winter Entertaining, Spanish – Paella and tapas fiesta, and Australian Natives.
