Kerri Greens, established in 2013, is the creative venture of winemaker Tom McCarthy and viticulturist Lucas Blanck. The pair manages three vineyard sites across the Mornington Peninsula, applying sustainable and organic practices.
The winemaking process mirrors their philosophy, minimal intervention lets wild yeast spontaneously initiate fermentation, letting the vineyard’s unique biology and seasonal influences shine through. The plenitude of time is given before bottling without fining or filtration, underpinning their commitment to quality.
