For the past 19 years, Martin and Karen have successfully positioned it as one of Australia’s leading cool climate wineries.
The establishment offers an engaging cellar door experience with comprehensive tastings, allowing visitors to explore wines expressive of their unique vineyards.
The winery is also home to a fine dining restaurant helmed by Chef Hayden Ellis. Leveraging classic French training and experience from globally recognized restaurants, he crafts an innovative menu featuring regional produce from local growers, their kitchen garden, and foraged ingredients from the surrounding forests, hills, and coastline, offering a gastronomic experience that truly encapsulates the essence of the region.
