That Spirited Lot Distillers is a family-run distillery in Seaford, initiated by brothers Jon-Paul and Chris Willigenburg in 2016 and later joined by sisters Sarah and Kate Barton. The team, driven by a shared passion for taste and flavours, uses a hands-on approach to distilling, with their 200L copper still named Doris central to the operation.
They have garnered local and international recognition for their high-quality gins and vodkas. They uphold a firm commitment to environmental sustainability, operating a solar-powered facility and adopting efficient waste management practices.
Their waste organics are utilized by local farmers and gardeners. Additionally, the team produces a variety of mixer and tonic syrups from leftover fruit and botanic material, enhancing their product range and promoting waste reduction.
