Chef Jacqui’s In-House Dining offers immersive French cooking classes in a stunning open-plan setting overlooking a golf course. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by Chef Jacqui and the appetizing scents from her kitchen. Participants start their culinary journey with canapes and refreshments before delving into menu and recipe reviews.
The hands-on instruction covers a wide range of topics including ingredient knowledge, equipment use, knife skills, pan-frying techniques, and food styling. As each of the four courses are completed, students are invited to enjoy their creations, discussing the balance of flavors and textures.
Classes, accommodating a maximum of ten people, run on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Special rates for groups and alternative dates and times are available upon request. Attendees often promise to return, eager to share this delightful experience with others.
