Overview of Eagle Ridge Golf Club

Eagle Ridge Golf Club, designed by Australian amateur golf champion Kevin Hartley in 1989, originally started as the smaller Carlogie Golf Course. The club, renowned for its championship course, passed under Russo family ownership in 1995, which ushered in a period of significant enhancements, including a five-year Master Plan for course improvements and construction of a clubhouse, opened in 2000.

The course underwent another major transformation in 2007, switching to a more drought-tolerant grass, significantly reducing water consumption. Despite already being one of Australia’s best-landscaped courses, Eagle Ridge continues to innovate.

In 2016, management passed to the Chen family who continue to build upon the Russo family’s legacy. The course is constantly improving, with recent additions like the Peninsula Beer Garden, which serves local craft beer and gourmet meals. Eagle Ridge is one of Australia’s top public golf courses, offering an unparalleled golfing experience on the Mornington Peninsula.
